Special orders are welcome. Please allow minimum of two weeks. All special orders must be placed by Saturday evening. Most orders arrive on Fridays. Please contact us for pricing.

At Williamson Farms, we pride ourselves on meeting your needs. We can’t however, have only 8 oz or 10 oz T-Bones always in stock, but we try our hardest to do that for you. So from ¾” to 1 ½” or even 2” steaks, we will try to get them. From our special 1 ½” thick smoked pork chops, wonderful on the BBQ to an oversized roast for that large family gathering, give a call and we can usually meet your order in a 14 day span.

Want to have a ½ or ¼ beef? We will let you order your meat, cut your way for pick up at the abattoir or the farm store. We will even get you pigs for the BBQ or whole and ½’s if that is what you wish. Chicken, ducks and geese are available on a limited quantity. It is best to call to make sure that they are available before you drive to see us. Just to let you know, we do check our prices weekly depending upon the current market conditions and in store sales change weekly as well.
